What makes us different: We specialize in export quality materials not the local market. For over 15 years we have worked with architects and builders thoughout the world, especially in the USA. We understand the importance of on time delivery. We will always do what it takes to make sure you are on time and within budget, rigorously following up and providing ongoing communication. During production and at completion we provide digital images for approvals and welcome onsite inspections.


From the beginning to the end of your project, we provide ongoing updates regarding your material selection We provide continuous updates via digital images directly on the ground via email, whatsapp or messanger. When you purchase materials from us, we will provide x% of the variations which are extracted during production so you are aware of the expected variation within the lot. If you purchase a select lot, we will send you images througout production so you can confirm the adherence to the control sample. For tile orders we will dry lay out a representaitve range of your order and provide digital images for approvals upon compeletion. When you have a specific delivery schedule, we will advise you weekly of production progress. 


Packing materials properly is one of the most important elements and often overlooked by companies who do not specialize in exports from Tunisia. All materials are packed in treated wood. Container Loading Slabs are blocked and braced to ensure there is no movement. Loads are disributed to ensure even weight throughout the container. Tiles are packed in styrofoam boxes up to 18"x18" or 45x45 cm and larger tiles are separated by foam sheets.

This process assists in reducing waste and delivers the best range selection that you desire. We pack our tiles in CE Styrofoam containers if less than 16 in x 16 in. All crates are made from treated wood with the ISPM 15 certification stamp and certificate is provided. .

Blocks are loaded on treated timber chokes to prevent movement inside the container with the weight equally distributed in the container. Slabs are shipped in A-frame crates and then blocked and braced inside the container to restrict movement. Open top containers available on request.

Tiles are loaded into crates finished side to finished side. A packing slip indicating the sizes inside the crate and for cut to size each size will be indicated on the exposed long side of the tile in pencil.
